Here is another look @ the schematic from various viewpoints. Unlike typical suburban speculative subdivisions anywhere in the USA here people roam free & the cars are confined behind pine tree fences. Like beasts in a zoo!
Ample usable communal open spaces, not just the bare minimum the zoning ordinance would force you to provide.
Mind you this just a conceptual scheme & may go thru a few iterations to evolve into something entirely different! None of the buildings nor the landscaping is designed yet.
