Guess it would not work for the Indian community since it involves contributing more to the community then taking out! We are inherently selfish: "Me, myself & I first"!
Obviously tony Hsieh can create instant communities no matter where he goes with his money, whether it is in a highrise condo or a trailer park! The real takeaway from the story is "world's largest living room", intentional collisions, community kitchen, giving more then receiving (Burning man spirit) & sharing & caring!
